The Lattice Group is a grassroots campaign that aims to engage young people in a dialogue about work-life issues. We seek to rouse students and young professionals to think actively, and creatively, about their own future work-life dynamic. Our long-term goal is that an open dialogue will lead to increased awareness, creating a rising generation of professionals who are ready to advocate for a sustainable work-life dynamic within their own careers, families and communities. The Lattice Group is built on the belief that real change is created through the exchange of ideas between people. To create change we have to start talking.
