The Lattice Group is a grassroots campaign to get young people talking about issues of work-life balance: what you hope, what you expect and what you fear about going into the workforce. We are traveling to five countries, USA, Spain, France, Sweden and Russia, in order to interview university students and young professionals about their experiences and expectations as they navigate labor market and family planning decisions. Stay tuned to what we are learning about the attitudes and policies in each country by reading our blog. The goal? To build a lattice of information and ideas across national borders.
